Main goals of the Association are to support, promote, organize and generate broadly understood cultural activities focused around the fields of theatre, dance, music and performing arts, with particular emphasis on artistic activity among adults, youth and children.

The Association, as an independent association of artists and art fanciers, centered around the broadly understood idea of theatre as a synthesis of arts, sets its main goals as in the following:

• integration of artistic environment,
• promoting and disseminating artistic creation in the country and abroad,
• acting for the development of creativity through joint ventures of artists from various art disciplines, promoting various forms of cultural activities,
• creating financial and organizational opportunities to support artistic activities,
• promoting artistic achievements of the Association’s members, promoting and disseminating art among different age groups,
• cooperating with artistic institutions, non-governmental organizations, local and central authorities in the field of solutions related to the environment of artists gathered around the Association,
• educational, upbringing and therapeutic activities through art, stimulating creative activity, development of passion, acting skills and abilities, interest in theatre, dance, artistic and technical, musical, interpersonal connections,
• promoting positive behavioral patterns, tolerance and kindness towards others, spreading multiculturalism and acting for the protection of human rights and citizens and activities related to social activities with particular application of activities conccerded about pathological groups, disadvantaged environments, dysfunctional groups and those threatened by marginalization.
• cultural, artistic, educational and therapeutic activities aimed at people with disabilities, disadvantaged and at risk of social exclusion.
• promoting positive models and reliable knowledge about the local and global environment, educational and artistic activities related to nature, ecology and the natural environment, with particular emphasis on activities intended for children and youth.

The Association realizes its goals through unpaid and paid activities in the following scope:

• production, promotion and implementation of theater performances,
• preparing, organizing and promoting performances, shows, exhibitions, happenings, concerts, actions and other artistic activities related to various fields of art, with toll-free or paid presentation,
• organizing festivals, competitions, lectures and trainings,
• organizing and conducting artistic (theatrical, performative, dance, music, art) and therapeutic workshops – therapy through art,
• implementation of projects combining various fields of artistic activity: theatre, visual and plastic arts, dance, music,
• participation in competitions, artistic festivals – promoting own projects,
• cooperation with organizations (including non-governmental) and cultural institutions from Poland and abroad,
• organizing cultural exchanges and artistic cooperation with other nationalities and cultures,
• publishing inofrmations about activities (including Internet canals),
• stimulating and supporting cultural activities of children, adolescents and adults,
• counteracting social pathologies,
• other activities contributing to the achievement of the Association’s goals,
• purchasing of appropriate equipment (for the needs of office and organizational work) as well as props, elements of stage design (for the needs of performances),
• documentation of own activities (website, photographies, chronicle of activities).
